Husband Cohabitating
We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a similar factor had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to supply our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
